The introduction of a Jira project created complete transparency for all activities relating to the operation, maintenance and replacement of a host application. The specialist department was involved and Scrum was initialized and successfully introduced as a procedure.

The entire team has access and maintains an overview of the tasks agreed with the business departments and customers. Jira supports teamwork and simplifies communication with the business department as well. The amount of emails and meetings could be drastically reduced.
